Shipping & Fulfillment

Most Felix GADA products are made to order. Production begins after your order is placed, which helps us produce intentionally and avoid unnecessary inventory.

Order Processing

Orders typically require production time before they are shipped. Processing times vary depending on the product, production location, order volume, and availability.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Multiple Shipments

Products in the same order may occasionally be produced or fulfilled from different facilities. As a result, an order may arrive in more than one shipment.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. If you discover an error in your shipping information, contact us as soon as possible at support@felixgada.com. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@felixgada.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will review the shipment and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to determine the appropriate resolution.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact support@felixgada.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

International Shipping

Availability of international shipping may vary by product and destination. Any available shipping options and charges will be displayed during checkout. Customers may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country where applicable.
